Easter Laning with ELRC 2019
Three groups of ELRC members spent two days on the Cambridgeshire Fens over the Easter break. The lanes were so much more open than the Essex ones we are used to. Lots of straight droves with tall reeds and either compact and dusty surfaces or truly green lanes with almost a lawn to drive on.
There were hundreds of telegraph poles and so many of them at a “jaunty angle”, Wind turbines, solar panels and a biomass generator along with a fabulously futuristic looking grain store.
